Limited Warranty 3 years
SEAL guarantees 3 years its products from the date of purchase online and in shops. This limited warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship, from the date of purchase and as part of normal use of its products. SEAL reserves the right to repair or exchange the defective product, either by an identical or equivalent model, in case the model is not available or is no longer marketed at the time of default. In case of repair, thank you to provide a period of 6 to 8 weeks. The receipt or purchase invoice is proof of purchase, please keep them.
This limited warranty does not cover damage due to accident, misuse, lack of maintenance, abuse or negligence on the part of the user. It also excludes wear due to normal use over time or lack of maintenance of the leather and canvas (scratching of coatings, external and internal materials, stains) as well as the use of abrasive or unsuitable products.

You change your mind
You have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to return the SEAL product (s) you do not wish to keep. Please make a return request via the contact form available on seal-brand.fr and return them with their original SEAL labels, at your expense in an appropriate packaging. Products must be free from defects and undamaged. After visual inspection upon receipt, they will be immediately and fully refunded. Please add a few days for the standard bank processing deadlines. The refund excludes damaged SEAL products. These will be subject to warranty treatment provided that the damage is in accordance with the provisions of the 3 year limited warranty.
